Property Renovation  Lanton Road (January 2024 – April 2024)

 This was a full renovation of a three-bedroom apartment from planning through reconstruction over four months. From demolition and structural reconstruction, while ensuring work is aligned with project timelines and safety standards. Coordinated and placed orders for bathroom fixtures and kitchen cabinet components through external contractors and suppliers, managing lead times and delivery schedules. Helped oversee renovation budgets by tracking expenses, comparing contractor quotes, and maintaining cost efficiency without compromising quality. Designed interior, including layout planning, material selection, finishes, and overall aesthetic direction. Acted as a liaison between contractors, suppliers, and the property owner to support clear communication and timely project execution.
